Come and join for a mindful and playful evening of cooking in the Ginger & Lime kitchen. I will be sharing Ayurvedic dishes inspired by Indian flavours, the medicinal properties of spices and the health benefits and simplicity of plant-based cooking.

Indian inspired 4 course plant-based dinner.

There is a beautiful new space. Lapo’s Kitchen has expanded and taken over Josephine’s Mill in Newlands. I will be hosting a plant-based event at the beginning of April. One long table, beautiful and colourful plant-based food and my stories behind why I cook the way I do. I want to share this space through food. I want people to really connect to the food they eat and to understand their relationships with their bodies. My food is holistic and environmentally friendly and this evening will be a marriage of the two. Come and join!
